At the start of the cross country course we were greeted by some rather uncommunicative, but expert, cross country skiers. They were headed in the opposite direction, were clad head to foot in lycra and seemed to be taking it all much more seriously than we were. They were going much too fast to photograph, so you'll have to take my word for it.
