The Bass rock by the end of the summer is completely white. This isn't snow, this is, um the colour of the waste left by the massive bird city that exists on this Island. Boat trips round this island are not to be missed if the weather is good. The sheer number of birds, mostly Gannets, is overwhelming. This picture is taken from the top of North Berwick Law.
